So many of you have asked how Colorado is holding up and we sincerely appreciate your concerns. The High Park fire near Ft. Collins started on June 9th by lighting and burned 248 homes. It was the most destructive fire in Colorado's history until the Waldo Canyon fire started near Colorado Springs on June 23. The Waldo Canyon fire burned almost 350 homes and gave a serious threat to the entire city of Colorado Springs. At the same time there were as many as 10 other fires burning in our state. These pictures are incredible yet heartbreaking.
